I play in a band, and my guitars use 9v batteries for the pre-amps. I have found these to last longer than the coppertops I purchase at the local big box store. I realize this statement conflicts with others I have read, however, that is my take on it. I have been purchasing these for 2 years and have never been disappointed.
We purchased these batteries for the wireless mic at church, but so far the performance is not a good as a copper top. They work "just o.k." but we were hoping for better. Not sure why they are calling them "professional".Comparing the cost and the length of use of these and the others it may work out to the same price. Not sure on this. Will probably just stick to the copper tops.
Bought these for my smoke and fire detectors that take 9 volt batteries and which I change twice a year (whenever here in Kentucky we change our clocks to adjust for time changes). Not a bad or dead battery in the box, they have lasted fine after being installed (I need them to last 6 tp 8 months in a smoke detector before being changed). No complaints and price was reasonable compared to those in our local stores
I bought a box of these for our hand-held mics at our church. cost would reveal if you're actually saving any money. They're of average quality and lifespan, not nearly as good as the Duracells we've used in the past, although their a fair amount better than the 'budget' batteries from the likes of The Shack (formerly known as Radio Shack). The price seems good, but only some true scientific method of testing battery life vs. If you've got a fifth grader who needs a science project, that might be worth it. I'll probably be going back to Duracell batteries when this package runs out.
How about usage. It varies, but in these new fangled transmitters, about 3 weeks. Why. I love batteries. Remember to switch OFF the power on regulator.[to save power, and save money].Anyway it's a good life being a battery head. No idea.I have AAA, AA, 9volt, lithiums, alkalines etcetra.Batteries for cameras, cell phones, remotes and radio control.I'm a battery head. Some years ago I came across the ProCell series from Duracell.Yes, they have up to 7 years shelf life. Well anything can happenin seven years. Makes you feel as ifthere is a purpose in life. Beats listening to Judas Priest.[Pleaseno comments in the comment box, it's a joke].Always.listen to the sound of Duracell.sweet music.
